Visitor analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views, visits, referring websites, approximate countries, and device and browser types. These statistics do not tell us your name or verify your identity. We do not add session recordings or visitor fingerprinting. The analytics script respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Details you submit

When you send a partnership inquiry or volunteer registration, we process the contact details and other information you enter to respond and coordinate relevant opportunities. We first send a verification code to your email. Your registration appears in our private Cloudflare inbox only after you enter the correct code. This confirms access to that mailbox at the time of submission; it does not independently verify your name, phone number, organization, or other claims.

Email verification and spam prevention

Resend delivers verification emails containing your code and basic instructions. We do not include the other details from your form in these emails or enable email open or click tracking. Codes expire after ten minutes. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse, and our service validates field formats and checks whether the email domain can receive mail. Network information is used to limit repeated attempts. Raw IP addresses are not attached to registrations.

Storage and retention

While you verify your email, the details you entered are held temporarily in private Cloudflare storage. Expired unverified details are cleared by automatic cleanup. After verification, accepted registrations remain in our private inbox until removed. Short-lived verification records are kept for up to one day to prevent duplicate saves, and private inbox sign-in sessions expire after eight hours. Cloudflare recovery copies can retain earlier storage contents for up to thirty days. Resend retains verification email content and delivery logs for thirty days under its current free plan.

Approximate submission location

An accepted inquiry may include a country, region, and city estimated from its network connection. These estimates help us understand where inquiries originate. They can be wrong, particularly for VPNs, proxies, and mobile networks. We do not request your device’s precise location or store coordinates or postal codes with the inquiry.

Service providers and questions

Cloudflare processes traffic and security information and stores registrations. Resend processes the destination email address and verification email. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for their practices, including international data processing. To ask about an inquiry you sent or request a correction or removal, reply to an existing email from our team or contact us through the partnership form.
